We will accept returns and exchanges of eligible items that are in new, unused, and resealable condition, at our discretion, within 15 days of receipt with valid proof of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and possibly if any restocking fees.

Some items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation, including: personalized items, custom or made-to-order furniture, items marked as final sale, live plants, cut fabric yardage, and items that show signs of use or damage from normal wear and tear.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.
