Vera travels to project sites in these key hubs to serve as the Lead Strategist and Project Steward, ensuring that the interior master plan is executed with technical precision and artistic integrity, regardless of the project's geography.
For visionary projects located outside of our primary regional hubs (Atlanta, Dallas, Miami), BLOU INK offers Remote Design Strategy. Utilizing our established framework of Technical Design Directives and virtual Master Planning, we provide high-level creative leadership and spatial psychology to clients globally, ensuring the integrity of the vision is maintained regardless of geography.

This is where the vision takes its first physical form.
As the Lead Design Strategist, Vera translates your identity into a conceptual "North Star."
We develop the spatial layouts, flow, and character of the home, creating a Master Plan that serves as the guiding document for the entire project.
We refine these layouts and architectural details to ensure every inch of the home is a deliberate reflection of the strategy.
Design Realization & Technical Specification
PHASE 3
Giving form to your evolution
In this phase, the strategy meets the material world.
We produce the full aesthetic specifications; from bespoke millwork designs to global procurement schedules for finishes, fixtures, and furnishings.
We manage the complex ordering process, vendor coordination, and quality verification. This ensures that when the design reaches the site, it is technically feasible, curated to an expert standard, and ready for execution.
PHASE 4
Implementation & Project Stewardship
Building the space you deserve
Execution is where the vision is most at risk; this is where Vera steps in as your Project Steward.
Acting as your advocate and the central liaison to the Architect of Record and General Contractor, we oversee the realization of the design.
We provide on-site direction, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain rigorous quality control to ensure that the final result in Atlanta, Dallas, or Miami is exactly what was promised in the Master Plan.
