Vera Blouin is the Founder and Design Strategist of BLOU INK, a residential design studio focused on spatial strategy and concept-driven residential design.
With over 15 years of experience across interior design and construction, her work centers on defining how a home should function, flow, and be experienced before design is executed. Her approach is rooted in Spatial Psychology and intentional materiality, positioning space as a structure that shapes behavior, clarity, and daily life.
Having lived and worked across Asia, Europe, and South America, Vera brings a global perspective to residential design, informing how environments are structured, not just styled.
She is the author of The Reincarnated Room and The Structure of Space, where she formalizes the frameworks behind her work. Through these systems, Vera develops residential concepts and design strategies that align the built environment with how people live and who they are becoming.
Her work has been recognized by the 2024 Global Architecture & Design Awards (Rethinking The Future), and continues to focus on redefining the modern home through structure, clarity, and intentional design.
