At BLOU INK, we curate environments and insights designed for your spatial evolution. To ensure the highest quality and global availability, our publications are fulfilled through premier print-on-demand partners.

Returns for "The Reincarnated Room"

As a boutique studio, BLOU INK does not directly ship or stock physical inventory. All logistics, shipping fees, and return processing are handled by the specific platform used for your purchase.

• Condition: To be eligible for a refund, books must be returned in their original, unused condition.

• Return Shipping Fees: As a boutique studio, we do not provide pre-paid return labels. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

1. Orders Fulfilled via Amazon

If you purchased The Reincarnated Room via our Amazon link:

• Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Return Fees: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Process: Returns must be initiated through your Amazon account. Go to "Your Orders," locate the book, and select "Return or Replace Items."

• Refunds: Amazon will process your refund to your original payment method once they receive the item.

2. Orders Fulfilled via Lulu

If you purchased The Reincarnated Room via our Lulu link:

• Custom Printing Policy: Lulu uses a custom Print-on-Demand process. Because each book is printed specifically for your order, Lulu does not accept returns for "buyer’s remorse" or changes of heart.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your book arrives with a printing defect or shipping damage, Lulu will provide a replacement copy at no cost.

• Process: Do not mail the book back. You must contact Lulu Support within 30 days of shipment with photographic evidence of the damage and your order number to receive a replacement.

3. Shipping Information

• Handling Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your book to be printed and prepared for shipment.

• Transit Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, though expedited options may be available at checkout on the respective platform.

• Global Delivery: Shipping rates and delivery times vary by region (Miami, Atlanta, Dallas, and international) and are calculated at the moment of purchase by Amazon or Lulu.

4. Design Services & Consultations

• Reincarnation Sessions: Our $795 private sessions are professional service engagements. While these are non-refundable, we allow for one (1) reschedule per session provided a 48-hour notice is given.
